Consultation Fees:
Injectable Consultation
A deposit of $150 is required, which can be applied toward your treatment if performed during your visit.
Skincare Consultation
A deposit of $75 is required, which can be applied to any products or treatment plans purchased during your visit.
Weight Management Consultation
A deposit of $150 is required and will be applied as your consultation fee on the day of your visit.
Deposit Policy & Appointment Notice:
To help ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we ask for your understanding of our deposit and cancellation policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we’d be happy to apply your deposit to a new appointment if we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure we can give each patient the time and attention they deserve.
